The purpose of the work is to study the processes of formation of the structure of electrocrystallized alloys under the influence of external factors. Research methods – X-ray phase analysis, scanning electron microscopy, tests of microhardness, reflectivity. The following features of the processes of formation of the structure of electrocrystallized alloys under the influence of external factors have been established: impact on nickel alloys alloyed with copper by a slight centrifugal force perpendicular to the front of their electrocrystallization leads to grinding of the substructure and surface morphology of the coatings, as well as to a significant scattering of their crystallographic texture without changing the predominant orientation of grains. The chemical effect of phosphorus impurities on the structuring of nickel electrocoats leads to an increase in microhardness and reflectivity. As a result of the impact on iron coatings during their electrocrystallization of a weak magnetic field, the surface morphology changes, their microhardness and corrosion resistance increase. The analysis of the use of gases as elements of hydrogen batteries for energy devices was performed. Based on the analysis of the obtained data, the optimal conditions for obtaining electrocrystallized coatings with improved physical, mechanical and chemical properties were determined.
