We identified four key predictors that significantly affect the survival rate of these patients, namely, the number of foci, volume of foci, measured diffusion coefficient (Dτ), and "INDEX" of the 1st radiation control, which is statistically confirmed by a diagnostic test with a cut-off value of 0,364. This allows timely diagnosis of relapses. The set value of the cut-off threshold makes it possible to determine the probability of patient survival within the average observation time with recommendations for the choice of treatment tactics in the event of a negative prognosis.
