Description

 In the work based on a systemic approach, the scientific data on the assessment of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism and the level of adipokines in the blood of patients with type 2 diabetes with different body mass indexes were established, the role of vaspin in the development of CP, the state of bile secretion in patients with type 2 diabetes and biliary pathology was established. the role of FGF19 in the development of dyslipidemia, cholemia and insulin resistance was determined. Added information on the interrelationships of IR, compensation of carbohydrate metabolism, dyslipidemia, vaspin, TNF-α, the thickness of the intima-media complex of the internal carotid arteries and indicators of morpho-functional changes of the PZ in patients with T2DM, CP and their combination. The positive effect of combined therapy with the inclusion of alpha-lipoic acid in treatment regimens has been scientifically substantiated.
