The purpose of the study is to improve methods for forecasting future customer costs for the SPLYNX billing system. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: a mathematical model was created; develop a database and an object-oriented model; UML diagrams were designed; Developed an application to SPLYNX in PHP based on the Yii2 framework and SPLYNX API for forecasting future customer costs; developed documentation and user and administrator guides. The object of the study is the process of data processing and forecasting future customer expenses for a billing system. The subject of the study is to identify patterns of fluctuations in customer costs in the billing system.
