That is why it is important to institutionalise approaches to the allocation of ecological and technological groups of arable land. The author proves that it is necessary to include the allocation of ecological and technological groups of arable land into a comprehensive plan for the spatial development of a territorial community and a land management project which provides an ecological and economic justification for crop rotation and land management.
