The obtained results are based on the results of fundamental research of the authors of the project as a whole, taking into account the experience of world-class specialists. The use of scientific research methods and techniques is the basis of a systematic analysis of determining the climatic conditions of the south of Ukraine, their influence on the physiological and biochemical parameters of hydrobionts in modern biotic and abiotic environmental conditions. The importance of improving the technology of growing fish planting material depending on modern environmental and technological factors is scientifically justified. Based on the bioproduction potential, optimized groupings of valuable fish species were formed against the background of biological production and destruction of organic matter, tracking the effect of land reclamation. The obtained results indicate the importance of regulating the food relations of natural and artificial ichthyocenosis, based on practically justified acclimatization and reacclimatization measures. The implementation of the project is expected to increase the indicators of reproduction of fish breeding material on the basis of fish breeding plants, production of fish products in natural and artificial reservoirs of various origins and intended purpose. Creation of a program aimed at the implementation of state policy on the regulation of the development of fisheries, providing the fishing industry with financial, material and technical resources, strengthening its production potential, coordinating the activities of local executive authorities and local self-government bodies with the aim of solving the most important problems, creating proper conditions for functioning fishery complex.
