The object of research is polarization and electrical conductivity processes in an alternating electric field of composite materials based on epoxy resin and CZT crystallites and composite materials for aircraft construction. The purpose of the work is to determine the peculiarities of the processes of polarization and electrical conductivity in an alternating electric field, which determine the electrophysical and photoelectric properties of composite materials based on epoxy resin and CZT crystallites and composite materials for aircraft construction. It was established that the most significant changes in both parts of the complex dielectric constant are observed when the composites with CZT crystallites of 0.37 mm in size are illuminated with white light. For the first time, it was established that at low frequencies of the alternating electric field, there is a tendency to increase the increments of the dielectric constant and the tangent of the dielectric loss angle under the influence of white light in the direction from the matrix to the matrix with the largest crystallites (0.37 mm). For the first time, qualitative differences in the frequency dependences of dielectric stable composite materials with CZT crystallites under the influence of white light compared to CZT crystals were established. It was determined that at a constant intensity of white light of 10 mW/cm2, the frequency dependences of dielectric constant composite materials with CZT crystallites contain a maximum at f = 1-5 kHz. It was established that the investigated samples based on composite materials cut from a fragment of an aircraft part differ significantly from each other in dielectric properties. The specified differences relate not only to the value of the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric constant, but also to the nature of the frequency dependence of these values.
