The analysis of the current state of the ichthyofauna was thoroughly researched and laid as the basis of the innovative resource-saving technology, and the ways of transformation of the industrial load against the background of acclimatization and reacclimatization measures were additionally developed. Technologies have been developed that are sufficiently justified from the economic, energy and technological points of view. Modern abiotic and biotic parameters of the transformed water area are presented; peculiarities of the microanatomical structure of fish organs and tissues, which form the basis of the ichthyofauna of the river systems of the Azov-Black Sea basin of Ukraine, the microstructural organization of aboriginal and introduced fish and their adaptability to specific living conditions; trophic relationships under the influence of factors of the transformed environment. An innovative and ecological technology for the production of fishery products is presented, as a component of Ukraine's food security, which is focused on the optimization of artificial reproduction of fish stocks within the framework of the branch program "Reproduction of aquatic bioresources of the Azov-Black Sea Basin", which is the scientific basis for the environmental protection concept of transformed hydroecosystems of Ukraine. Recommendations for increasing the number of fish stocking material of relevant fish species, quality parameters, taking into account specific physicochemical parameters of the water environment and feed resources in specific water areas under the conditions of improving the technology of fish stocking material production were formed and presented.
