Study of the features of the excitation of surface acoustic waves by a counter-pin transducer in piezoelectric crystals. Construction of a mathematical model of a receiver of surface acoustic waves on counter-pin transducers, taking into account the influence of the dimensions of the cross-section of the electrodes on the efficiency of the process of registration of surface waves. Obtaining analytical expressions for the sensitivity of the counter-pin transducer electrode in the mode of registration of surface acoustic waves in slices of piezoelectric crystals of the crystallographic class 6mm. The research method is the use of integral Fourier images of the components of the electric field intensity vector and the components of the Coulomb force density and the amplitude multiplier of the surface acoustic wave. Taking into account the finite dimensions of the cross-section of the electrodes, makes corrections to the numerical values of the frequency of synchronism and the level of emitted surface waves. Analytical expressions were obtained and the influence of the dimensions of the cross-section of the electrode in the electrode pair on the synchronization frequency, the amplitude of the surface acoustic wave, and the modulus of the wave characteristic of the counter-pin transducer from the thickness of the electrode was studied. Thus, when the thickness of the electrode is equal to its half-width, the real value of the synchronism frequency is 21.7% less, and the amplitude of the surface wave is 33.1% less.
