Thus, the ways of transformation of the judicial system in the conditions of war were investigated. It was established that in the future there is a need to optimize the network of courts and judicial governance bodies. Ways to optimize the current network of courts and judicial governance bodies are proposed. Indicators of the activities of the prosecutor's office under martial law were also studied. It was found that the activity of the prosecutor's office in Ukraine during the period of martial law is largely determined by the territorial factor. Research into the field of enforcement of court decisions was a separate direction. In particular, specific proposals aimed at overcoming legislative conflicts in the legal regulation of appeals against decisions, actions and inaction of executors have been formulated with proper justification. Attention is also paid to specific measures aimed at effective implementation of decisions.
