Registration Date 04-06-2024 Organization The Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky popup.description2  A common method of studying the patterns of growth and development is the treatment of plants with exogenous hormones, followed by the analysis of fast and slow feedbacks, changes in metabolism and hormonal status, and the formation of an economic yield of growing crops. However, at the present stage, this approach is insufficient, since changes in the ratio of different groups of hormones can lead to changes in morphological and physiological programs. The use of retardants, anti-gibberellin drugs, and modern synthetic analogues of phytohormones allows us to approach the study of the problem "from the opposite" – to establish relationships in the hormonal complex of plants when blocking the synthesis of gibberellins or artificially enhancing the action of various classes of phytohormones. Exogenous slowing down of the growth rate of vegetative organs in the phase of fruit formation allows to deposit excess assimilates and use them for the processes of their formation and growth. The results of the research are basic for the development of advanced technologies for the integrated use of various groups of stimulants and growth inhibitors in the practice of crop production.
