Their structure and physicochemical properties were studied. It was established types of coordination polyhedra of central metal atoms, methods of coordination of ligands, and types of supramolecular bonds. A series of neutral trans-thiocyanate mononuclear spin crossover complexes (SCO) [FeIIL(NCS)2] based on tetradentate ligands L was determined. It was shown that the thermally induced spin transitions of the compounds are characterized by sharp transitions with average critical temperatures/hysteresis loop width in the range of 190-252/5-14 K, while photogenerated metastable high-spin phases (HS*) are characterized by relaxation temperatures in the range of 44-59 K. X-ray study of crystals showed that almost all compounds undergo a reproducible violation of lattice symmetry in combination with thermally induced SCO.  Product Description popup.authors Holenya Іryna О.
