The objective of the project is to model risks and security in the digital economy based on data science models and methods, and to create an intelligent system for automated building the scoring models to assess the risks of improper receipt of social assistance and tax evasion. As a result of the implementation of the project, new concept and an appropriate complex of models for analysis of risks and security in the digital economy was created, which take into account the significant structural changes in the incomes and employment of the population due to the digitalization of the economy, as well as the problems of preserving and protecting commercial information and personal data. The approach applied in the project to the analysis of risks and threats to economic security organically combines classical statistical modeling methods with the latest technologies of machine learning, artificial intelligence, Data Mining and Big Data. Effective algorithms for forming initial and test samples have been developed, which are based on the clustering of examples from a complete database and the construction of separate risk assessment models for each type of behavior of social assistance recipients and taxpayers, which ensured the effectiveness of the models and their stability on new data. An intelligent system of automated building the scoring models has been created to assess such risks in order to increase the efficiency of the population social security system and the targeting of state payments, reduce the percentage of violations related to the payment of taxes and the receipt of social assistance, which should ensure an increase in the level of social and economic security of the country.
