This determines the need to make changes in the socio-psychological climate, which can also cause socio-psychological tension in the organization. Therefore, it is important to work on the creation and maintenance of the socio-psychological climate in the organization, which makes the topic of our work an actual scientific and practical task. The purpose of the work was to conduct a theoretical-methodological analysis of the phenomenon of social-psychological climate and create a program for its development in the organization on this basis. The object of research is the socio-psychological climate of the team as a psychological and social phenomenon. The subject of the study is the means of forming the social and psychological climate in the organization. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks were solved: a theoretical analysis of the problem of the development of the social and psychological climate in the organization was carried out (in particular, such issues as the essence of the social and psychological climate, the influence of the social and psychological climate on the effectiveness of the organization, the structure of the social and psychological climate, and as well as identifying key factors that influence the formation of the social and psychological climate); a methodological analysis of the formation of the socio-psychological climate in the organization was conducted; a training program and recommendations have been developed for leaders and managers of the organization, the purpose of which will be the development of a favorable social and psychological climate.
