The object of the study is the assessment of the development of the enterprise in conditions of limited activity. The purpose of the work is to improve the theoretical and methodological support for the assessment of the development of the enterprise in conditions of limited activity and to develop practical recommendations for the formation of management decisions based on this assessment. In order to achieve the set goal and solve the research tasks, the following general scientific and special research methods were used in the work: abstract-logical method, systematic approach, methods of analysis and synthesis - to determine the essence of the process of evaluating the development of the enterprise and substantiating its conceptual basis; structural and logical - to form a system of indicators for evaluating the development of the enterprise; graphic method - for visualization of the obtained results; the method of constructing a taxonomic indicator of development - to determine the level of development of the enterprise. In modern conditions, in order to accelerate the reproduction of the economy, it is necessary to determine the ways of functioning and development of industrial enterprises. The use of theoretical and methodological support for assessing the development of the enterprise in conditions of limited activity will determine scientific validity in making managerial decisions. The economic effect is ensured by the determination of effective directions and reserves of the development of enterprises in modern conditions. The social effect is a national commercial development that contributes to the determination of ways to implement the National Economic Strategy for the period of martial law and post-war.
