Wrangel, RSFSR, USSR, Ukraine on the formation of national identity of ethnic Ukrainians in Crimea, their cultural, educational, media , social and political structures; to highlight the situation of Crimean Tatars in Crimea, relations between Crimea and Ukraine in the period after 1991 and before the new occupation of Crimea by Russia; to analyze Russia's policy towards ethnic Ukrainians in Crimea after its annexation; to create a model of long-term consequences of the occupation regime in this area; develop a set of recommendations to public authorities on possible ways to protect the interests of ethnic Ukrainians in Crimea in the future.
