The goal of scientific research is lies in improving of theoretical and methodological basics for construction of information technologies of intellectual support of processes of synthesis and making of an optimal and effective management decisions in real time using the proposed complex of mathematical models of the structuring and analysis of data and expert knowledge that is formed under different types of ignorance (inaccuracy, uncertainty, vagueness, heterogeneity, etc.). In the process of scientific research, the method of searching for precedents in the CBR approach has been improved; the method of synthesis of group expert judgments regarding the values of membership degree of elements to classification attributes in the process of construction and analysis of fuzzy decision trees has been improved; the method of clustering expert information formed within the framework of the Shafer model has been improved. The theoretical and methodological approach and conceptual foundations of constructions of SMS on the basis of the established modifications of CBR approach were further developed; the models for the synthesis of individual and group decisions, which are formed under inaccuracy, uncertainty, vagueness and heterogeneity on the basis of proposed mathematical models were further developed. The scientific and applied basics of the methodology for the synthesis of IT of intellectual support of processes of synthesis and making of effective management decisions under inaccuracy, uncertainty, vagueness and heterogeneity has been proposed.
