In addition to general and special scientific methods, a special emphasis was made on the statistical method, which was used to analyze the decisions of the Supreme Anticorruption Court for 2023-2024, as a result of which the factors that are taken into account by judges in the process of making decisions on reducing the amount of bail were determined, as well as determined the connection between the length of criminal proceedings and the reduction of bail. The existence of a method of conducting scientific research using the capabilities of artificial intelligence was separately argued. An analysis of available scientific publications on the outlined issue was carried out. Systematized information. An algorithm of the court's action to determine the percentage of bail reduction in criminal proceedings has been developed, and a formula has been formulated that, depending on the length of the criminal proceedings, allows to determine by what percentage the bail should be reduced in comparison with the previously determined amount. The concept of improving criminal procedural legislation has been developed, which is based on empirical and statistical analysis of law enforcement acts and on the use of artificial intelligence capabilities. The obtained results can be used in rule-making activities (for the purpose of improving criminal procedural legislation), law enforcement practice (when developing instructions and manuals for drafting court decisions) and in educational activities (when teaching disciplines from the criminal procedural block).
