A research object is a process of forming and analysis of informative signals from radiants that is located in zones research ( aquatoriums) of world ocean. An aim of work is creation facilities of organization of realization of experiments on computer designing complex of research of hydroacoustic processes built on the basis of the geographic information systems (ГІС).A report contains description of the mathematical raising of tasks hydroacoustic researches and gives structures and content of tables of the projected base data for maintenance of information in built computer designing complex of research of hydroacoustic processes. To designing a complex it is built after much stratified organizational by architecture and realization of experiments offers from by the use of elements of scenario approach.Essence of scenario approach is creation of scenarios of analysis of different design processes, id est some formalized fixing sequences of application of instruments of design and procedures evaluation of quality of the got results.The results driven to the report it is suggested to draw on in educational process of department of computer-aided design power processes and systems of КПІ the name of Ihor Сікорського under time teaching of works on discipline of "Design of difficult objects processes and systems".
