The research subject focuses on the theoretical and methodological aspects of managing these relationships as a key factor that contributes to the development of industrial enterprises. Research Methods: The theoretical and methodological foundation of the study is based on the fundamental principles of economic theory, monographs, and scientific articles by domestic and foreign scholars on the issue of stakeholder relationship management. The research employs both general scientific and specialized methods. To develop the conceptual framework, systematize stakeholder groups and interests, and justify the stakeholder relationship management system, scientific cognition methods were used: the dialectical method, methods of scientific abstraction, deduction, analysis and synthesis, systematization and generalization, and morphological analysis. The research work provides a classification of stakeholder groups that, unlike previous approaches, includes the following criteria: by location relative to the enterprise boundaries, by the nature of influence, by attitude towards the enterprise’s activities, by the enterprise's ability to choose interaction subjects, by level of significance, by place of functioning, by duration of interaction, and by level of satisfaction and support.
