The aim was to improve the implementation of EU and Council of Europe human rights standards in the Ukrainian legal system. Philosophical, general scientific, and special legal methods were used. Scientific novelty lay in developing a modern categorical apparatus, analyzing rights protection during wartime, and creating a concept for implementing EU standards.
