Primers for the intergenic spacer between 18S, 5.8S and 25S rDNA were modulated, which allowed us to establish convincing differences between ITS from Lemna aequinoctialis, L. perpusilla and L. tenera clones. The data obtained allowed us to understand the structure of the DNA locus with ribosomal genes in different duckweed species. Markers for detection of specific genetic material of L. perpusilla in interspecific hybrids were developed. The molecular genetic analysis of 4 breeding lines of bread wheat at loci Xgwm18, Xgwm261, Xgwm626, Xgwm642, Xgwm469, Xgwm219 of microsatellite DNA was carried out; one polymorphic locus was found to distinguish the samples. The analysis of the proteome of winter wheat subjected to temporary drought during flowering revealed that the average seed weight was not affected by water extraction, and the yield reduction of the sensitive variety was due to a smaller number of formed seeds; proteins characteristic of drought-tolerant (Odeska 267) and drought-sensitive (Darunok Podillia) varieties were identified, as well as specific proteins that accumulated in the grain of plants subjected to drought. It was found that the gluten fraction in the grain proteome was more affected by drought in the sensitive genotype - 20 differentially accumulated proteins against 12 in the tolerant genotype. The genotype influenced the accumulation of allergenic proteins more than the stressful conditions of soil drought: the sensitive variety (Darunok Podillia) showed significantly more allergenic reserve proteins accumulated after drought; in contrast, the accumulation of a fraction of allergenic metabolic proteins (chitinase and peroxiredoxins) in the tolerant variety (Odeska 267).
