The subject matter is the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of managing the sustainable development of an enterprise. The goal of the study is to theoretically substantiate the conceptual approaches to managing the sustainable development of an enterprise, to provide methodological support and develop practical recommendations on specific methods and models of management in order to harmonize the economic, social and environmental components of an enterprise's activities in the short and long run. The relationship between the concept of sustainable development and CSR is defined; in the context of CSR institutionalization, the expectations of stakeholders, and voluntary and mandatory obligations of enterprises are determined; the factors affecting the relationship between CSR and financial performance are identified; a systematization of the stages of evolution of the concept of sustainable development of an enterprise is proposed; the importance of integrating global strategic CSR, holistic strategic management and ecosystem approach to managing strategic innovations is substantiated for international companies; theoretical principles for managing circular innovations in MNCs are proposed in order to increase the efficiency of innovation process and design global circular value chains; based on a remote work experience survey, a model for ensuring the effectiveness of the organization in the conditions of remote work is proposed; the role of digitalization in enhancing sustainable development of an enterprise is justified; the need to ensure inclusive employment in the context of the sustainable development of enterprises is substantiated. The application of the developed methodological approaches can increase the sustainability, socio-economic efficiency, and long-term competitiveness of enterprises both in domestic and global markets.
