Research results and their novelty: The stages of formation of the communication system in the context of the activities of individual entrepreneurs (IE), which are characterized by an individual approach to customers, flexibility in decision-making and focus on digital communication channels, are determined; a generalized assessment of the functional efficiency of the communication system is carried out by calculating the coefficient of integral efficiency and proposals for improving the management of information and organizational and commercial services through improving communications for IE are formed; coordinated integration of CRM systems into the communication strategy, which helps to increase the efficiency of customer interaction,risk management and identify new opportunities for business development.
