Possibilities of working out the fermentation process. Purpose of work: Conduct research and find optimal parameters for cultivation, concentration and storage of microorganisms Bacillus subtilis IMB B-7521. Research methods: microbiological, physicochemical and biochemical. The scientific and technical work carried out included: - research and optimization of all necessary physiological and biochemical parameters, including selection of seed material, identification of their nutritional needs, growth properties of the studied strain of bacteria; - determining the possibility of concentrating the culture liquid using a flow ultracentrifuge - preservation of biological activity of the producer. It is established that: The main technological parameters can be reproduced in the conditions of industrial fermentation. That is, it is possible to carry out an effective process of fermentation of the microorganism and obtain a culture liquid with a high titer of colony-forming units. It has been found and practically proven that the optimal cultivation parameters for the strain are a cultivation temperature of 24°C with a pH range of 6.5 – 7.4 and aeration of 0.2 vol. pov\1 vol. cult. family. Cultivation must be carried out within 36-48 hours. A practical check was carried out on the possibility of using flow-type ultracentrifuge 102 K - o1 for the concentration of culture liquid.
