The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for assessing the quality of archival services based on the study and generalization of the experience of providing services by archival institutions. Research methods: scientific analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, modeling, structural and functional analysis, generalization. As a result of the research, based on the scientific results obtained, a methodology for assessing the quality of archival services (services) was prepared, which defines recommendations on methods (qualitative and quantitative) for such assessment. The results of the study will be used in the practical activities of archival institutions to assess the quality of the service(s) they provide.
