The main results of the research: the project of the Act of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on making changes to the normative legal acts in the field of military personnel policy in the system of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on issues of risk management during the implementation of military personnel policy. The proposed materials will be used in the activities of personnel services, which deal with the implementation of NATO standards in the activities of personnel services, in the educational process of the National Defense University of Ukraine and higher military educational institutions, and in further scientific research in this scientific direction.
