The object of the study is the fuel complex of Ukraine in the war and post-war periods. The subject of the study is the production of synthetic liquid motor fuel from coal in Ukraine in the war and post-war periods. The purpose of the work is to develop a feasibility study for the creation of synthetic liquid motor fuel (SMF) production from coal in Ukraine on the principles of: territorial distribution, raw material diversification, and a variety of forms of production organization. Research methodology - the methodological basis of the project is the synergistic paradigm and systems theory, which are implemented through the following research methods: bibliometric analysis, structural analysis, comparative and economic-statistical analysis, mapping, taxonomy method, entropy method, matrix analysis, time series analysis, cognitive and economic-mathematical modeling, scenario approach, balance method, project approach. Main results and their novelty: a conceptual and logical model for ensuring the development of SMP production in Ukraine has been developed; a technical solution has been proposed and protected by a patent, which involves enriching synthesis gas with hydrogen and creating electricity generation capacities; a methodological approach has been developed for assessing the technical and economic indicators and investment attractiveness of SMP production projects; a technical and economic justification for creating a complex of SMP production in Ukraine has been developed. Description of the final product - a feasibility study has been developed for the creation of SMP production in Ukraine from coal and directions for improving regulatory and legal support, state regulation and support for SMP production in Ukraine in the war and post-war periods have been identified.
