Object of research: Microorganisms of the genera Pseudomonas sp., Bacillus sp. growth characteristics under fermentation conditions. Purpose of work: To investigate and determine the optimal parameters of cultivation, concentration and standardization of the culture liquid of microorganisms Pseudomonas sp, Bacillus sp, provided by the customer. Research methods: microbiological, physicochemical and biochemical. The scientific and technical work carried out included: - research and optimization of growth characteristics, including the selection of seed material, identification of their nutritional needs, growth properties of the studied bacterial strains; - support of the biological activity of producers. It was established that: Optimal growth parameters can be reproduced under conditions of production fermentation. That is, it is possible to carry out an effective fermentation process of the listed microorganisms, and obtain a culture liquid with a high titer of colony-forming units. It has been found and proven practically that the optimal cultivation parameters for Pseudomonas sp. and Bacillus sp. provided by the customer are cultivation with constant stirring in a turbulent flow, a series of studies confirmed that the cultivation temperature is 28°C in the pH range of 6.6 - 7.8 and aeration of 0.5 vol.
