Psychological service workers from different regions of Ukraine participated in the webinars. Two training programs were also developed and published. The first program is the «Practical Psychologists'; Professional Development Program for Teaching Methods and Technologies of Post-Covid Social and Psychological Rehabilitation of Educational Process Participants». The purpose of the program is to improve the professional competence of practical psychologists of educational institutions on the basis of new conceptual approaches to the content, forms and methods of professional activity in a modern school and the introduction of effective socio-psychological methods and technologies for psychological rehabilitation of participants in the educational process after a traumatic event related to the COVID-19 pandemic in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The second program — «Program of a thematic special course on the methodology of intervention support for practical psychologists who provide post-COVID social and psychological rehabilitation of participants in the educational process» — aims to provide practical psychologists with professional tools for effective work in modern conditions, to provide psychologists with the opportunity to increase their professional competence in the field of psychological hygiene, to master new approaches and methods for the social and psychological rehabilitation of victims and to improve their skills in intervention support.
