Ovcharenko Institute of Biocolloidal Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description1 The aim of the work is to develop highly biocompatible hybrid hydrogel materials based on a porous matrix of polyvinylformal and pH (AK) and thermosensitive (NIPA) hydrogels with incorporated functionalized gold nanoparticles and biologically active substances (cyxorubaticin, doxorutubicin, albucid) for the use for injuries and tumors of oculoorbital region. popup.description2  The aim of the work is to create highly biocompatible hybrid hydrogel materials based on a polyvinylformal (PVF) matrix with incorporated gold nanoparticles and pH- and temperature-sensitive hydrogels for their further use as implants.The protocols for the incorporation of AuNPs into the PVF hydrogel matrix by in situ and ex situ methods were developed. Under model conditions, the dependences between the size of AuNPs, their zeta-potential, and aggregation stability in aqueous solutions of monomers were revealed. In vivo studies have shown the absence of irritating effects of hydrogels.
