The work will result in a manual on university management in crisis situations (Best University Practice Manual). popup.description2  The formation of the Ukrainian Education and Research Area should take into account both global and national challenges, including ensuring the resilience of the education system to risks such as political instability, economic crises, demographic challenges, and technological transformations. The joint research project involves researchers from the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Zhukovsky Aviation Institute” (KhAI) and Riga Stradins University (RSU). This cooperation is based on the many years of experience of both institutions in the field of research and their institutional potential. The combination of theoretical developments and practical experience of both institutions creates favorable conditions for knowledge exchange and the implementation of innovative projects in the field of education and science. The main purpose of the research work is to carry out a comprehensive, interdisciplinary scientific study aimed at studying and summarizing modern approaches to university management in crisis situations, especially during the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, formulating theoretical positions and practical conclusions aimed at improving the mechanisms of the management system of university structural units, educational and scientific activities and psychological support for higher education students and staff.
