Key quantum-chemical parameters of organic acids were identified, which allow for the optimization of component selection for novel solvent synthesis. It was found that maleic acid exhibits the highest reactivity due to its low energy gap and high electronegativity, making it an effective candidate for electrophilic reactions. Additionally, it was shown that proline-carbon acids/polyols and choline chloride-carbon acids/polyols have varying thermal, viscosity, and electrochemical properties, depending on the hydrogen bond donor and molecular structure. The research demonstrated that ionic liquids could be effectively used for pretreating cellulose-based materials, such as coffee ground waste, to create reinforcing materials for polymer coatings.
