The second draft of 1 ND and the explanatory note to it were approved by the responsible technical committee for standardization as the final draft of 1 ND. An information and analytical report on the implementation of the development was prepared and considered at a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Infrastructure.
