The purpose of the work is to develop the "Project of complex degassing of the excavation site 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 of layer d4 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE». Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining-geological and mining-technical conditions of working out 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» were analyzed. The calculation of the expected release of methane within the excavation area, the air consumption for ventilation of the excavation area, the parameters and mode of degassing of the roof and the created space was performed. Measures have been developed to control the degassing system of the excavation site 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 during fires in the mining workings. The "Project of complex degassing of excavation site 2 of the northern bench of the central panel of block 11 layer d4 of PJSC «Management of the mine «POKROVSKE» was developed.
