The typologization of methods of energy market research and forecasting is systematized. The economic and mathematical models of dependence of the domestic energy market of Ukraine on net imports are built. The classification of energy diversification is developed and detailed. The result of the detailed classification of energy diversification will be an increase in the level of energy and, accordingly, economic security of Ukraine. Energy efficiency is singled out as an independent source of energy. This is a promising direction for the harmonious development of Ukraine's energy sector. The conceptual foundations for modeling the energy market of Ukraine in the context of European integration are formed. The factors of significant influence on Ukraine's energy import dependence are identified. A system for assessing the economic efficiency of flexible project management of high-tech products in the context of digitalization and European integration is proposed. The implementation of the proposed concept should result in achieving a high level of development of the energy sector of Ukraine, increasing the level of energy efficiency of the Ukrainian economy, stabilizing and balancing the energy supply of the economy in the context of European integration.
