The purpose of project consists in research of problems and vital calls of young man in the process of including by it in labour activity in relation to possibility of optimum choice of profession and quarry development, stimulation of enterprise and employment, among young people for the increase of efficiency of realization of youth policy in this sphere.

 The following were investigated: social problems and factors of self-employment, their catalytic capabilities in conditions of social catastrophe; features of social conditions and manifestation of relevant social factors in trends in the employment market, in the development of the youth self-employment system, taking into account the challenges of war; possibilities of promoting the improvement of youth policy in conditions of war and potential post-war conditions. Practical and applied principles for coordinating effective interaction of social and institutional systems in the field of youth self-employment, taking into account the challenges of war in Ukraine, were substantiated; analytical materials were developed on the current state and problems of socio-economic involvement; proposals were made for creating conditions for acceptable professional self-determination and self-employment.
