Differentiated algorithms for diagnostic and therapeutic and preventive measures aimed at the timely detection and correction of complications of pregnancy and childbirth in women who have had COVID-19 during gestation or vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 have also been developed and substantiated, taking into account a comprehensive assessment of hormonal support, psycho-emotional state, quality of life, violations of the vaginal biotope, the state of the fetoplacental complex and somatic health, the presence / absence of IDP status during martial law. For the first time, a complex of physical therapy and psycho-emotional support for women who have had COVID-19 during gestation or vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 has been developed.
