The research purpose is to develop the fundamental principles of a new theory of cooperative acceleration of effective innovations’ transfer for transition to knowledge economy based on modelling multifaceted relations and cooperative interaction in the "business – education – science" system for national security and sustainable development. Research methods: bibliometric, analytical, comparative, factor, cluster, correlation, causal and regression analysis; case studies; MAR-splines; “black box – gray box – white box” modelling, TRL, IRL and SPACE. The tools Google Trends, VosViewer, Bibliometrix, STATA, Statgraphics Centurion and Salford Predictive Modeler were used. The research result is the formation of fundamental principles of coopetitional acceleration of effective transfer of innovations in the “business – education – science” system. Reactions and effects have been confirmed and evaluated, which, unlike existing ones, have been formalized using econometric models taking into account the Sustainable Development Goals and the innovation life cycle. Technological gaps have been identified and opportunities for improving the manageability of innovation transfer have been identified.
