Development of the information and analytical resource “Refugees and internally displaced persons | Refugees and internally displaced persons” (http://nowar.nbuv.gov.ua), which contains 15 issues of the bulletin “Forced Displaced Persons: Status, Problems, Prospects”, 72 regulatory and organizational and methodological documents of Ukraine, the EU, the UN, the Council of Europe, the ECHR and the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees that affect the lives of Ukrainian refugees, scientific publications on the problems of refugees and internally displaced persons. 3. Digitization of the VNLU funds and development of unique in terms of resource content databases and digital humanities collections: “Baroc: Baroque poetry in Ukrainian old prints”, “Ukrainian species pictorial postcard of the late 19th–20th centuries”, “Ukrainian printed poster 1920–1940s”, “Ukrainian printed movie poster 1923–1994s”, “Collection of Jewish manuscript documents of the 15th–20th centuries”, “Newspapers of Ukraine 1816–2016 in the VNLU funds”. These resources are aimed at revealing and making available the library funds and contribute to a deeper scientific and public reflection on the centuries-old historical and cultural heritage of Ukraine and countering hostile narratives regarding the secondary status of Ukrainian culture. 4. Preparation of an analytical note "Innovative library scientific resources, digital collections and services in the development of research infrastructure" and an abstract review "Digital resources of scientific libraries in wartime".
