In this work, methods of obtaining new quantum dots based on hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites will be developed, their morphology will be established, and their main physicochemical characteristics will be investigated. For quantum dots based on perovskites, the band gap will be determined, and their photoluminescent properties, chemical stability, and photostability will be investigated. popup.description2 The development of new materials for the needs of electronics and instrumentation is a key element in the creation of new optical, electrical and mechanical components. At the same time, hybrid perovskites today form an intensively growing class of functional organic-inorganic materials that have properties that are promising for optical and electronic applications. The idea of this project is to develop quantum dots based on hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites with the possibility of chemical modification of optical characteristics, which will significantly expand the range of functional materials for photonics and optoelectronics. The aim of this work is to obtain quantum dots based on hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites, study their functional properties. In this work, methods are being developed to obtain new quantum dots based on hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites, establish their morphology and study their main physicochemical characteristics. For quantum dots based on perovskites, the goal is to determine the band gap width, investigate their photoluminescent properties, chemical stability and photostability. The main objectives of this scientific work are as follows: - To obtain quantum dots based on three-dimensional hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites, including those based on the rare aziridinium cation. - To develop a method for varying the wavelength of the photoluminescence band of the obtained quantum dots by their chemical modification. - To conduct basic physicochemical studies of quantum dots based on hybrid perovskites in order to obtain detailed information about their morphological, thermal and spectral characteristics. - To investigate the optical properties of new quantum dots based on hybrid perovskites in the UV-visible range of the spectrum, to study the fluorescent properties of new perovskites. - To investigate the chemical stability and photostability of the obtained quantum dots.  Product Description popup.authors Naumova Dina D.
