Research Subject: Theoretical foundations, methodological approaches, and modern innovative practices of general secondary education institutions in implementing the Concept of the "New Ukrainian School" during wartime/postwar periods. Purpose of the Study: To promote the study of processes involved in creating and disseminating new pedagogical thinking and ideas, as well as identifying creative pedagogical teams and teachers who practically address the tasks of reforming and modernizing the content of education. This includes the implementation of innovative technologies, forms, and methods of teaching and upbringing based on the principles of the Concept of the "New Ukrainian School." Research Methods: Comparative and content analysis, generalization, systematization; Comparison, interpretation, statistical analysis; Systematic analysis. To achieve the research goal, the following tasks were set and accomplished: Study existing regulatory acts governing the implementation of innovative activities in general secondary education institutions; Analyze the use of scientific and conceptual terminology (key terms and concepts) related to innovative activities in Ukrainian educational institutions; Conduct research on the provision of scientific and methodological support for innovative processes in secondary schools engaged in experimental work and implementing innovative educational projects at the national level; Analyze the implementation of innovative practices by general secondary education institutions in realizing the Concept of the "New Ukrainian School" during wartime/postwar periods; Prepare the manuscript materials for the final research product – the educational-methodical manual "For the Manager of Innovative Activities in Education."
