The relevance of the study lies in the need to develop effective mechanisms for coordinating and controlling the actions of the state, regions and territorial communities in the context of modern transformational changes in Ukraine and the challenges posed by Russian aggression. Territorial communities play a key role in decentralizing power, enhancing local self-governance and ensuring the quality of life of the population, which makes them a priority investment target. At the same time, hostilities have significantly deteriorated their potential, which underscores the need to find new conceptual approaches and methodological frameworks to ensure sustainable and balanced socio-economic development of territorial communities in times of war and post-war recovery. The research work proposes a conceptual approach to information and analytical support of integral indicators of socio-economic potential of territorial communities, which makes it possible to identify the most objective and informative indicators, to build integral indicators of socio-economic potential, to assess retrospective and prospective trends in their change, to classify territorial communities by the level of socio-economic potential and to identify the most affected territorial communities.
