At the end of the study, every emergency worker (EW) had coronary heart disease (CHD), 98% had heart failure (HF), and 84% had hypertensive heart disease (HHD). The CIRS "heart" and "vessel" categories score positively and significantly correlated with the "endocrine" and "nervous" categories, as well as with left ventricle posterior wall thickness, myocardial mass indices, end-systolic volume, and ejection fraction, and the "endocrine" category was associated with all structural and functional indices of heart. The number of EW with hypertrophy of posterior wall and interventricular septum increased, which in recent years has approached 90–100%. The total number of ventricular extrasystoles (VE) in EW and the control group (CG) was almost the same, and supraventricular extrasystoles (SVE), including paired and group ones, were significantly higher in EW. HHD ranked 1st among the causes of hospitalization in servicemen (SM) of the Ukraine Armed Forces (UAF), CHD - 2nd, cardiac arrhythmia - 3rd, myocarditis - 4th. HHD was diagnosed in 85% of SM, CHD - 51%, HF - 82%, however, 46% of SM suffered from HHD before the war, and CHD - 9.3%. The risk of HHD developing was higher in mobilized UAF compared to the regular UAF, as well as in those UAF who participated in a combat and received shrapnel wounds of the extremities. The risk of developing CHD in mobilized UAF was 3.84 times higher than in personnel officers. The prevalence and severity of comorbid pathology in SM was lower than in EW and CG. The development of VE in SM was facilitated by the participation in a combat, and for SVE the presence of CHD, angina pectoris. The mean relative telomere length (RTL) did not differ significantly in EW, CG and SM. The significantly reduced RTL was in EW, CG and SM with III degree obesity. At the end of the last 10 years post-accidental period, it was found a violation of CD3+ T-lymphocytes subpopulation distribution in EW: a Product Description popup.authors Bilyi Davyd O.
