The purpose of the work: to scientifically substantiate disease prevention measures alimentary genesis by persons of working age living in the conditions of constant exposure to exogenous factors on the body. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature; Medical-statistical expert assessment, mathematical statistics. Measures for the prevention of alimentary and alimentary dependent diseases for the population living in conditions of constant exposure to organism of exogenous factors. The main priorities of prevention of alimentary and alimentary-dependent diseases should be: physiological needs for essential ingredients of food, taking into account the environmental endemic human habitat; Compliance with energy value diet, energy consumption of the body, compliance with quantitative and qualitative balance of the main food and biologically active substances in the daily diet, adherence to the diet; Increasing the level of knowledge among the population in the problems of healthy eating; ensuring high quality of domestic and imported foodstuffs.
