Research subject – the features of creative thinking functioning in the conditions of information uncertainty. The research aims to investigate the creative thinking functioning in the conditions of information uncertainty. Research methods are theoretical analysis, observation, biographical method, questionnaires, testing, analysis of situations, content analysis of author's texts, modelling experiment, which includes active methods of influencing the development of the studied mental phenomenon, methods of statistical processing of empirical data. Based on the results of the study, for the first time, the following was developed: the concept of creative thinking functioning in conditions of information uncertainty; a model of creative thinking activity in the process of solving problems, depending on the level of novelty, conditions of the problem; a model of the functioning of creative combinatorics in solving problems by students; a model for the formation of positive psychological stability of the individual using KARUS; methods of psychological support of an artistically gifted person by encouraging visual activities and training of fine thinking. A creative activity organizing program for preschoolers, junior pupils, senior pupils, and students in the conditions of special training KARUS, taking into account the problems of information deficit, has been developed and tested. The results of the study were implemented in the educational process of Medical Gymnasium № 33, Kyiv, V. I. Vernadsky Taurida National University, Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrogradsky National University; in the practical work of the Centre for Rehabilitation and Neurotherapy A.KID.
