Subject of research: varieties and hybrids of grain crops, biological preparations, yield, grain quality, soil fertility, ecological and economic assessment of cultivation technologies. The purpose of the work is to develop biologized technologies of grain crops cultivation during the period of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Research methods - field, laboratory, statistical. Results of the conducted research work: the introduction of elements of biologization of grain crops cultivation creates more favorable conditions for plant development in agrocenoses, which positively affects the further formation of the productivity of the studied crops. Foliar treatments of plants with microbiological preparations reduced moisture loss by leaves using classical technology by 0.7%, and using soil-saving technology by 5.8%. The highest yield in the experiment of 7.54 t/ha was recorded in the variant of double treatment of plants with Azotophyt-r + Liposam and sowing of winter wheat using soil-saving technology. At the same time, the content of raw gluten in winter wheat grains in this variant of the experiment was 24.9%, and the protein content was 13.2%. Double application of bacterial preparations Azotofit-r (0.5 l/ha) and Liposam (0.25 l/ha) provides better conditions for the functioning of spring barley crops and when sowing the Stalker variety, it forms a higher yield of 3.49 t/ha. Depending on the studied spring barley variety, the content of digestible protein in the grain under this feeding option was 60.5–62.7 g/kg, and the protein content was 12.2–12.9%.The maximum yield of 8.23 t/ha was formed in the variant of sowing the hybrid Gran 6 with two-time foliar feeding with bacterial preparations Azotofit-r and Liposam.
