Technical requirements", submit it to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy popup.description2  The existing legislative framework of Ukraine on quality standardization, the domestic regulatory framework and the regulatory framework of the European community were studied and requirements for the organoleptic and physicochemical characteristics of bioethanol were formulated. The development of the national standard is included in Appendix 1 of the National Standardization Work Program for 2024 under the topic code 0727-2024 “Bioethanol. Technical conditions. Development of a national standard to replace DSTU 7166:2010”. The first edition of the draft national standard was developed in accordance with the requirements: DSTU 1.2, DSTU 1.5. The first edition of the draft national standard was published for review and comments on the official website of the State National Research Institute “UkrNDIspiritbioprod”, about which a notification was sent to the State Enterprise “UkrNDNC”. During the period of posting the standard on the website from 08.06.2024 by 08.09.2024, comments were received from members of TC 64 and interested enterprises and organizations - SE "Ukrmetrteststandart", "National Vodka Company", LLC "BioPEK", LLC "GAYSYNBIOLAB", JSC "Ukrtatnafta", TC 38, VA "Neftokhimik of Ukraine". The comments were analyzed and taken into account when developing the final version of the draft DSTU 7166:20__ "Bioethanol. Technical conditions". The final version of the draft national standard DSTU 7166:20__ "Bioethanol. Technical conditions" was prepared, which was submitted to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. The final version of the draft standard was considered by TC 64 "Alcoholic products - yeast" and, based on the consensus reached, the final version of the draft DSTU 7166:20ХХ "Bioethanol. Technical conditions" was adopted and the decision to send the standard to the State Enterprise "UkrNDNC" was approved.
