Their protective activity and effectiveness in autovaccinotherapy have been demonstrated. The use of a developed model of pseudomonas infection, dominated by local manifestations of the inflammatory process with a prolonged course, allowed for the experimental confirmation of the effectiveness of autovaccinotherapy in wound injuries. It was shown that the healing of infectious wounds using the vaccines occurred twice as fast and without septic complications compared to untreated animals. The presence of positive seroconversion of specific antibodies to Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vaccinated animals was experimentally confirmed. It was shown that, for the selection of individuals from at-risk groups for preventive immunization, it is advisable to preliminarily determine not only the titer of specific antibodies but also the level of interleukin-17 secretion by blood leukocytes. The most promising method in this context is the use of real-time PCR. The implementation of the obtained results may contribute to reducing morbidity and mortality rates, occurrence of complications in combat injuries, and decreasing the in-hospital circulation of multidrug-resistant pathogen strains.
