In psychological research, post-traumatic growth is considered both a cultural metaphor and a social reality. The main stages of the formation of post-traumatic growth and the formation of its diagnostic criteria are studied. The transition from psychological trauma and post-traumatic growth in personnel-combatants is studied. Psychological trauma is considered from the point of view of humanistic psychology and diagnostic and correctional tools are shown. The interpretation of psychological trauma and its consequences in the psychology of activity is studied. It was also found out that post-traumatic growth is a construct that actualizes work with a psychologist for personnel-combatants, creating a positive perspective of the psychotherapy process.
